even though most people probably see alley cats as wild, law-breaking, debauchery, as with critical mass, people come to the race with their own styles and agenda.
there is a good chance i'll be racing on a tandem with my 12yr old step-son. i want him to be a safe rider

when he gets older so we'll likely be obeying most traffic laws.
